Description

As a Manager in Financial Due Diligence at Centri, you will lead mergers and acquisitions engagements, overseeing financial modeling, data analysis, and client delivery. You'll manage project teams, develop client relationships, and drive deal strategy activities to support transactions from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives.

Requirements

• Excellent project management and client service skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Experience in financial due diligence or M&A
• Proficiency with Pitchbook, financial statements, and modeling

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire engagement to develop, review, and evaluate financial models
• Compile and evaluate company and industry data from key sources
• Identify key financial and operational issues and trends impacting transactions
• Lead client delivery projects related to deal strategy activities
• Manage engagement economics including revenue of $1.2M book
