Description

You will design and simulate next-generation RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits for space and ground infrastructure of the Starlink network, enabling global connectivity. Work alongside cross-disciplinary teams to derive specifications, perform IC floor planning, and characterize prototype performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
• 5+ years of RF integrated circuit experience
• Experience with simulation tools such as Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
• Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and Ku/Ka-band design
• Familiarity with radio test equipment

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
• Develop circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes
• Perform IC floor planning and layout
• Characterize and analyze full radio performance
