You will lead monthly close processes, ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple restaurant locations, and build scalable systems and workflows to support the company's rapid expansion. This role offers a clear pathway to a future Controller position.
Requirements
- Experience improving close processes and building internal controls
- Ability to work in a high-growth multi-unit restaurant environment
- Knowledge of systems such as Restaurant365
- Experience with lease accounting and fixed asset accounting
- Strong understanding of operational drivers including inventory, food cost, and labor
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple restaurant locations
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Reconcile revenue across POS systems, online ordering, and delivery platforms
- Manage lease accounting schedules in compliance with ASC 842
