🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance and resources for partner onboarding
• Develop and deliver technical workshops on platform architecture and AI capabilities
• Assist partners with complex implementation and troubleshooting
• Manage technical escalations and collaborate with internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical architecture or partner enablement
• Expertise in contact center platforms or similar SaaS
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML features in customer experience
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and SOW scoping

• Experience with Talkdesk or similar CCaaS platforms
• Background in customer success or technical training
• Familiarity with API integrations and web technologies
