Description
You will manage and grow existing customer relationships, driving expansion and renewal activities for our customer engagement platform. Partner with cross-functional teams to secure renewals, close upsell and cross-sell deals, and increase product adoption. Your success directly contributes to revenue growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar quota-carrying role
- Experience closing and managing strategic customers
- Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision makers
- Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
- Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executive teams
Responsibilities
- Own account relationships, managing expansion and renewal activities
- Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
- Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
- Nurture and close account expansion deals (upsell, cross-sell, net new)
- Proactively analyze customer usage and identify growth opportunities
