Description

You will manage and grow existing customer relationships, driving expansion and renewal activities for our customer engagement platform. Partner with cross-functional teams to secure renewals, close upsell and cross-sell deals, and increase product adoption. Your success directly contributes to revenue growth and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar quota-carrying role
  • Experience closing and managing strategic customers
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision makers
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executive teams

Responsibilities

  • Own account relationships, managing expansion and renewal activities
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals (upsell, cross-sell, net new)
  • Proactively analyze customer usage and identify growth opportunities
