💼 About This Role

You'll partner across Meriton and operating companies to hire exceptional sales talent, using creative sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. You'll drive best-in-class service and build a strong employer brand. This hybrid role is based in Irving, TX and reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates using Boolean searches, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring leaders to set SLAs.
• Manage candidate data and conduct audits in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize the recruitment process.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Sales recruitment experience, strongly preferred.
• ATS and CRM experience.
