Description

In this role, you'll be the bridge between ClickHouse's developer community and internal teams, growing and energizing the AMER meetup network. You'll coordinate events, connect subject matter experts, and represent ClickHouse at conferences, ensuring impactful and strategic community engagement.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in data systems, analytics, or distributed systems
• Experience engaging and enabling developer communities, including running meetups or open source programs
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and with external partners
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time, living near a major airport

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow ClickHouse's AMER meetup network, coordinating events, speakers, and logistics
• Serve as primary connector for developer initiatives across engineering, product, marketing, and sales
• Act as liaison between ClickHouse and community/partners/customers to gather feedback and drive adoption
• Enable internal teams to create technical content and demos by connecting them with subject matter experts
• Represent ClickHouse at conferences, webinars, meetups, and online communities
