Description
In this role, you will assemble, test, troubleshoot, and maintain digital, analog, and RF microelectronics products. You'll work with engineering teams to prototype solutions and ensure high reliability and functionality.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an Electromechanical Technician
- Proficiency in electromechanical assembly, including use of torque tools, measuring tools, and hand tools
- Strong knowledge of microelectronics assembly: soldering, component placement, and rework
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with electronic test equipment (DMM, oscilloscopes)
Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly of microelectronics components including soldering, PCB rework, and prototyping
- Conduct inspection, functional testing, and validation of microelectronics circuits
- Identify and troubleshoot defects, implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes
- Operate specialized equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
