You'll support a Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a team at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand that donates meals to fight hunger. You'll drive sales, recruit and develop associates, and create customer engagement through promotions and social media. • Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
