🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and categorize employee expense requests in Brex
• Process employee reimbursements through payroll accurately and on schedule
• Track client-billable expenses and coordinate with project managers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reports with spending analysis

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in expense management or similar role
• Proficiency in English
• Solid understanding of expense policies and internal controls
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment
• Exposure to AI-based automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
