🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct chart audits using affiliate guidelines and clinical knowledge
• Develop or revise audit tools in collaboration with relevant staff
• Triage laboratory results and prioritize urgent notifications
• Support systems for task management and interdepartmental coordination

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Current Registered Nurse license in a service area or compact state
• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• 2 years of high-volume EHR auditing experience in healthcare
