You'll create product guides, code samples, and tutorials for AvePoint's cloud security platform. Your work will help developers and end users adopt CI/CD and containerization tools across SHIP-HATS, Container Stack, and StackOps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create product guides, code samples, tutorials, and demos
• Translate complex engineering concepts into digestible documentation
• Lead pilots to experiment with content types for product adoption
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs on messaging

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proven ability to document APIs and developer workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in software development or systems engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes or CI/CD tools
• Creative skills in video or visual design
