Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle service tickets and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and maintain the building and grounds. You'll provide excellent customer service to residents and participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends/evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies
