You will lead the strategic direction and execution of identity and access management products, working with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable solutions that support Bitso's growth in Latin America.

• Proven experience as Product Manager driving high-impact results
• Experience with IAM and security features for mobile and web
• Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and capabilities
• Strong background in building data-driven solutions
• Proven track record with OKR metrics model

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for IAM central systems
• Partner with engineering on roadmap definition and alignment
• Manage IAM authentication methods for retail and institutional customers
• Strategize products toward AI generative capabilities
• Strengthen security posture and user experience
