🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and contact mineral and surface owners to negotiate oil and gas leases.
• Review county records, title documents, and online databases for ownership verification.
• Maintain documentation of lease negotiations and executed agreements.
• Collaborate with land, legal, and title teams to resolve title issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience acquiring oil and gas leases.
• 1+ year of direct leasing experience in South Texas.
• Proven ability to negotiate lease terms with mineral and surface owners.
• Strong understanding of surface, mineral, and leasehold ownership.
