You'll own the technical direction of identity and access control at SafetyCulture, ensuring trust for frontline teams in complex organisations. You'll drive architecture decisions affecting every team building on our platform. This role offers the chance to set the bar for security-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture for RBAC, identity, and permissions across the platform
• Lead delivery of complex cross-cutting features end-to-end
• Raise technical bar through code review and design critique
• Translate security trade-offs for product partners and leadership

📋 Requirements

• Deep backend expertise with access control systems (RBAC, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• Track record of owning delivery in service-oriented architectures
• Demonstrate SafetyCulture values: Think Customer, Open Honest Always, etc.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor)
