💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities for a health technology platform used by over 125,000 practitioners. You'll contribute to authentication, authorization, SSO, and OAuth flows with a focus on security and scalability. You'll collaborate with a small, focused pod and stakeholders across engineering, product, and security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a pod to build and maintain IAM capabilities
• Contribute to backend and frontend codebases with focus on reliability and security
• Participate in technical design discussions and break down projects
• Identify and suggest improvements to authentication and authorization flows
• Support maintenance and uptime of IAM systems, including production issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with authentication protocols, SSO (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, and MFA
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
