You'll architect and drive compensation strategies at a hyper-growth defense technology company. You'll partner with leadership to design salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs that enable scaling. This role combines quantitative rigor with strategic business partnership across the People team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead compensation programs and projects to scale People infrastructure.
  • Guide People Business Partners through compensation planning cycles.
  • Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Conduct market pricing analyses and ensure internal equity.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on compensation issues and calibration sessions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Compensation roles.
  • Experience with job architecture and market analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control access.

  • Prior experience in a high growth startup building compensation programs.
  • Experience leading compensation initiatives in a matrix-led organization.
  • Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions or executive compensation.
