You'll identify and engage grassroots leaders on the Western Slope, mobilizing them to advocate for policy reforms with Americans for Prosperity. You'll equip local leaders and organize events to drive community activism and policy change. This role offers the freedom to innovate outreach methods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in local communities
• Equip leaders with training and resources to advocate for change
• Organize events for public engagement via phone, social media, and canvassing
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors for compliance and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Passion for building relationships with diverse people
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Self-motivation to manage time and accomplish objectives
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, or political campaigns
• Supervisory experience with volunteers or staff
