You'll run the show behind BJAK's creative magic, overseeing the entire workflow from project intake to delivery. You'll keep a lean, high-output creative team organized, aligned, and operating at high efficiency. This role is the operational backbone of a fast-moving fintech creative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage creative project intake, prioritization, and alignment with business needs
• Oversee creative workflow from kickoff to delivery, tracking timelines and dependencies
• Allocate resources and ensure designers have required briefs and materials before starting
• Serve as central liaison between creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in project management or creative operations
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end complex creative projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion
