As a Clinical Advisor at InterSystems, you will lead the strategic planning and implementation of health information systems, engaging with C-level executives and clinical leadership to promote excellence in healthcare through TrakCare solutions. You will manage stakeholder engagement, workflow design, and clinical change management while providing market-driven insights to product and sales teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with Hospital Information and Clinical Information Systems
• Strong grasp of clinical workflow in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Contemporary clinician understanding major healthcare trends
• Experience with Healthcare Analytics, Clinical Decision Support, and EHR systems
• Relevant University Degree

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to advocate and represent business needs in TrakCare context
• Lead stakeholder engagement during design and requirements confirmation
• Conduct workshops to finalize product requirements
• Provide guidance on lessons learned and participate in requirements analysis
• Review and validate clinical changes as quality gateways throughout projects
