🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead a team of commercial attorneys, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Partner with Sales teams to negotiate complex sales agreements.
- Own commercial legal process from intake through execution.
- Collaborate with Legal Operations to implement scalable AI-driven workflows.
📋 Requirements
- At least 15 years of commercial legal experience supporting a sales organization.
- At least 8 years of strong in-house management experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law in the U.S.
- Strong background with SaaS-centric issues (e.g., revenue recognition, data privacy, security).

- Experience with AI/ML legal issues.
- Familiarity with global procurement initiatives.
- Experience developing and delivering legal training.
