🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of commercial attorneys, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Partner with Sales teams to negotiate complex sales agreements.
  • Own commercial legal process from intake through execution.
  • Collaborate with Legal Operations to implement scalable AI-driven workflows.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 15 years of commercial legal experience supporting a sales organization.
  • At least 8 years of strong in-house management experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law in the U.S.
  • Strong background with SaaS-centric issues (e.g., revenue recognition, data privacy, security).

  • Experience with AI/ML legal issues.
  • Familiarity with global procurement initiatives.
