💼 About This Role

You'll own the architecture of Agiloft's cloud-native CLM platform on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You'll partner with engineering leadership to translate business strategy into durable cloud architectures and drive adoption of modern DevOps and AI-assisted engineering practices. This hands-on leadership role directly shapes the platform's long-term health and developer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture of critical cloud service domains on AWS.
• Define service boundaries, APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns.
• Drive cloud-native design principles and infrastructure-as-code adoption.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering for cloud services.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years at staff level.
• Deep experience with AWS building scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and working experience in Java.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for cloud services.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development processes and tools.
