You'll own critical operational workflows across GTM, Finance, and People at a blockchain infrastructure platform backed by Paradigm and Haun Ventures. Your work will directly alleviate bottlenecks for a fast-growing team building the on-chain finance layer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage AR/AP and internal financial coordination
• Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline reporting
• Review company spend and flag anomalies
• Coordinate logistics for events and offsites

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in operations or similar role at a startup
• Experience with CRM systems like Attio or Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Proactive and execution-oriented with ownership
