Description

You will lead a newly formed team to build Asana's database product, evolving the Work Graph to support complex data relationships. You'll define the strategy, execute the roadmap, and foster an inclusive culture while coaching engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience, 3+ years managing a technical team
• Track record of growing engineers of various levels
• Enthusiasm for building delightful products
• Intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical chops
• Bias towards action and comfort with ambiguity
