💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of operations personnel supporting commercial deliveries with autonomous sidewalk robots. You'll serve as the link between engineering and operations, driving process improvements at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop team members in assigned business unit
• Support daily operations including management of field agents and robots
• Conduct one-on-ones and provide ongoing coaching to ensure service quality
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance to meet KPIs and objectives

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience hiring and managing a team of 5+ employees
• 3+ years in field operations, delivery, or logistics
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays on-site
• Valid US driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs
