💼 About This Role

You'll join the Release team to own our continuous delivery platform, ensuring reliable and secure software deployments. You will drive the adoption of canary deployments and feature flags across critical services, directly supporting Mollie's reliability goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure scalability and reliability of the CD platform using GitLab, Argo CD, and GitOps.
• Design and implement canary deployments and feature flags company-wide.
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex system issues to maintain platform resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement in software delivery processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Platform Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred) and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with Argo CD or similar.
• Proficiency in Terraform and solid programming/scripting skills.

• Experience with feature flag management systems (OpenFeature, Flagd).
• Deep GitLab/GitHub expertise.
