💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic partner for key business customers at DigitalOcean, helping them achieve desired outcomes through optimal use of the cloud platform. You'll drive engagement, retention, and expansion of customer deployments while influencing product decisions as the voice of the customer. This role combines technical leadership with customer advocacy in a fast-paced cloud environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design infrastructure architectures for customer use cases
• Conduct regular technical consultation sessions and workshops
• Manage and maintain key accounts to drive engagement and growth
• Conduct QBRs with key accounts to align on strategies

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation
• Basic programming skills in Python or Go
• Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and AI/ML infrastructure
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and SQL
