Description

As an Operations Associate, you'll drive store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining visual standards. You'll collaborate with the Operations team to optimize stockroom operations and ensure an organized, safe sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate process gaps
• Support shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Champion visual standards on sales floor
• Maintain strong stockroom standards for safety and efficiency
