Description

You will design, build, and own data pipelines using DBT, Airflow, and Snowflake, and collaborate with data science and product teams to productize new data capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of data engineering experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, AWS)
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience partnering with analytics and business stakeholders
• Strong experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor or Copilot)
• AWS environment familiarity

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own data pipelines using DBT, Airflow, and Snowflake
• Lead architectural design sessions for the modern data stack
• Work with data science and product management teams to design, rapidly prototype, and productize new data product ideas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and engineering leadership
• Participate in code reviews
• Mentor teammates
