Your work helps Fortune 500 companies and law firms understand employment data related to compensation, hiring, promotion, and discrimination. You'll manage teams, contribute to thought leadership, and drive practice development.

Requirements

• PhD with 5-10+ years relevant work experience or Bachelor's/Master's with 8-11 years experience
• Solid working knowledge of statistical methods, regression analysis, and economic methodologies
• Command of research and quantitative analysis skills, including programming and data analysis
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership
