Description

You will own the strategy and execution of Klaviyo's Procure-to-Pay technology stack, partnering with Procurement, Accounting, and other teams to build scalable, compliant processes. You'll lead cross-functional projects involving tools like Zip, Coupa, Navan, and NetSuite, driving system architecture and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering procurement/finance systems (Zip, Coupa, Navan, NetSuite or similar)
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of P2P processes including vendor onboarding, PO management, and invoice processing
• Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency environments and global procurement expansion
• Hands-on experience integrating procurement tools with NetSuite or another cloud ERP

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-quarter roadmap for procurement and P2P systems in partnership with leadership
• Translate business objectives into systems capabilities and prioritized initiatives
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline P2P workflows while maintaining controls
• Lead system implementations, integrations, and global P2P process redesign end-to-end
• Coordinate with external implementation partners and manage change management
