💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary technical contact for complex customer issues, working across frontend, backend, and data systems. You'll debug real-world problems, improve documentation and tooling, and feed customer insights back into the product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and data pipelines
• Walk customers through troubleshooting steps with clear guidance
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering and follow through to resolution

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in Technical Support or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and logs
• Working knowledge of JSON, SQL, and relational databases
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or similar languages
