💼 About This Role

You'll assist BCBAs with case management and supervise social skills groups for children with autism. Your work directly helps kids achieve developmental milestones in a compassionate ABA setting. This role offers exceptional mentorship from over 50 BCBAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 compassionate ABA therapy to children
• Assist BCBAs with case supervision and management
• Mentor instructors and trainees with constructive feedback
• Manage and oversee social skills groups

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in progress or completed
• Minimum 2 years delivering high-quality ABA to individuals with autism
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Valid California driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
