🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute company-wide learning and development strategy
• Design leadership development programs and career pathing frameworks
• Lead individual growth and development planning
• Design and lead performance management systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience with L&D focus
• Proven track record designing L&D strategies and succession planning
• Experience with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and talent analytics

• Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with AI tools and platforms
