Description

In this front-line supervisor role, you'll lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to meet production and quality goals. Oversee vehicle movement, train team members on quality standards, and ensure adherence to safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center for repairs while meeting production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and coach for improvement
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Lead team to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and overall vehicle quality
• Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently the first time
