🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product roadmap and execution for UPI payment flows
• Improve conversion, success rate, and drop-off via A/B testing
• Identify friction points and ship targeted fixes using data
• Define SLAs and build incident response for payment failures

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of product management experience in consumer fintech
• Deep understanding of engagement funnels and conversion mechanics
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses
• Comfort with SQL and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UPI-regulated environment or NPCI product constructs
• 0→1 product development experience
