You'll be the operational engine behind Brex's monthly new hire onboarding program, ensuring every GTM rep hits the ground running. You'll own logistics, communications, and coordination for each cohort while upleveling entry-level sales development reps through structured training and certification programs.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end coordination for monthly GTM new hire cohorts
  • Manage the GTM Enablement Calendar and schedule sessions
  • Administer sales tools and oversee E-Learning path assignments
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new hires and stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in a front-line sales development position with quota attainment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Deep familiarity with SDR tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools to increase productivity
  • 0-2 years in sales, training, or customer success
  • Experience in Venture-backed B2B software or fintech
