You'll manage complex interview scheduling and build trusted relationships with executives and hiring managers. You'll drive early career program management to attract and develop the next generation of talent at a fast-paced biopharmaceutical company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage multi-stakeholder interview scheduling across time zones and portfolio companies
- Serve as primary candidate point of contact and on-site host throughout interview process
- Maintain candidate records and pipeline tracking in Greenhouse
- Support full-cycle recruiting for early career roles including Rotational Analyst program
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or early career recruiting
- Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
