You'll manage complex interview scheduling and build trusted relationships with executives and hiring managers. You'll drive early career program management to attract and develop the next generation of talent at a fast-paced biopharmaceutical company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage multi-stakeholder interview scheduling across time zones and portfolio companies
  • Serve as primary candidate point of contact and on-site host throughout interview process
  • Maintain candidate records and pipeline tracking in Greenhouse
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for early career roles including Rotational Analyst program

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or early career recruiting
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
