You'll join Spotify's Music Editorial team in Seoul to support daily execution of our music strategy and ensure operational excellence of our playlist ecosystem. Your core impact is managing trend monitoring and data-driven curation to keep content timely and engaging. This 11-month contract role is ideal for a hands-on curator passionate about the Korean music scene.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily and weekly updates for Korean playlists
• Monitor social media and charts for viral trends
• Track playlist health metrics and make data-driven adjustments
• Support creative format building with audio/video liners

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in music curation or digital programming
• Solid grasp of the Korean music landscape
• Proficient in Korean and English (written/spoken)
• Data interpretation skills for curation decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Music Business, Media, or Communications
• Experience in A&R or Digital Distribution at a label
• Experience with content management tools
