You'll lead global Salesforce operations for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ at a high-growth IT software company. You'll own L2/L3 support, incident management, and operational excellence to ensure platform stability and scalability.   • Lead L2/L3 support for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Manage major incident response and RCA for production issues
  • Standardize operational processes aligned to ITIL best practices
  • Oversee platform integrations with enterprise systems like NetSuite and MuleSoft

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments
  • 3+ years in a people or operations management role for L2/L3 support
  • Expertise in Salesforce security model, profiles, and sharing
  • Experience with Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
  • Experience with CPQ and billing platforms
