You'll lead global Salesforce operations for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ at a high-growth IT software company. You'll own L2/L3 support, incident management, and operational excellence to ensure platform stability and scalability. This role offers the chance to shape a 24x7 global delivery model and drive continuous improvement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead L2/L3 support for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Manage major incident response and RCA for production issues
- Standardize operational processes aligned to ITIL best practices
- Oversee platform integrations with enterprise systems like NetSuite and MuleSoft
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments
- 3+ years in a people or operations management role for L2/L3 support
- Expertise in Salesforce security model, profiles, and sharing
- Experience with Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations
โจ Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
- Experience with CPQ and billing platforms
