💼 About This Role

You'll join a Partner-Led Enterprise Support team as the primary technical escalation point, handling critical incidents and complex architectural reviews across the full AWS portfolio. Your core impact is delivering rapid, high-quality outcomes under pressure while mentoring junior engineers. This role offers deep exposure to cutting-edge AWS services and a collaborative, customer-facing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead triage and resolution of critical (P1/P2) incidents across AWS
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver customer-facing post-mortem reports
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain internal knowledge base
• Contribute to internal tooling (dashboards, alerting, automation)

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on experience with production AWS workloads
• AWS Professional certification (SA Pro or DevOps Pro) plus one Specialty
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform)
• Strong scripting in Python (boto3) and shell; automation frameworks

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer
• Experience with AI/ML services like Bedrock, SageMaker
