💼 About This Role

You'll train and assess budding construction workers on site, gathering evidence for their Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications. You'll manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews, supporting learners through Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT. This role offers a van if required and great progression opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train and assess learners on construction sites.
• Visit and observe learners in academy and workplace.
• Manage diary for timely visits and reviews.
• Organize documentation on learner progress.
• Support learners with Functional Skills to level 2.

📋 Requirements

• Hold OWS Level 3 or higher site management qualification.
• Hold a recognised assessor award (A1, TAQA, CAVA).
• Have a clean driving license.
• Hold solid working history within construction.
