💼 About This Role

You'll join Supabase's Support Team to help developers unblock complex issues and get the most out of the Supabase platform. You'll work closely with customers and engineering, improving product quality based on real-world usage. This role is ideal for someone excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve advanced customer issues across Postgres, Auth, RLS, etc.
• Provide consultative advice to optimize workloads and avoid pitfalls.
• Reproduce bugs, isolate root causes, and escalate with reproduction steps.
• Spot patterns across tickets and recommend improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical support, databases, or backend engineering.
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise (autovacuum, WAL, table bloat).
• Strong SQL performance and query optimization skills.
• Experience with cloud hosting providers like AWS.

• Debugged Edge Functions in tricky failure scenarios.
• Handled data migration issues (pg_dump/restore, schema drift).
