You'll develop mathematical models for Lyft's core rideshare matching algorithms. You'll drive improvements to real-time supply-demand optimization and enhance rider and driver experiences. This role offers the chance to tackle unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage data to direct algorithm and model improvements
• Partner with engineers and product managers to frame problems
• Construct statistical, ML, or optimization models
• Design and implement simulated and live experiments

📋 Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
• 2+ years professional experience in a technology company
• Proven experience building and evaluating machine learning models
• Proficiency with Python in a production coding environment
