You'll act as a dedicated Finance Business Partner to one of our core commercial functions, providing financial stewardship and strategic guidance for significant capital deployment. You'll build out this role from scratch, designing the financial frameworks that directly influence our competitive advantage. This is a high-profile opportunity at a pivotal moment in our growth journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted financial co-pilot to departmental leadership
• Build influential relationships and embed within partner function
• Develop and own robust financial frameworks for commercial investments
• Support month-end process with commercial insight and commentary

📋 Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• 4+ years post-qualification experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A
• Experience working with high volumes of data and translating complex information into actionable insights
