You'll manage incident response for Lyft customers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. Your work will eliminate customer pain through bug identification and investigation. You'll have autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end Product and Engineering incident response
- Create and maintain real-time monitoring on incidents
- Analyze data from internal and external incidents
- Own incident response postmortems and playbooks
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience in iOS and Android technical support
- 2+ years experience in internal and external customer support
- 2+ years experience with JIRA and support ticketing systems
- Strong familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems
✨ Nice to Have
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
