Description

You will design and build multi-tenant MDM/UEM environments for enterprise clients, architect device enrollment integrations (DEP, ZTP), and lead engineering efforts to scale and secure managed device fleets. You collaborate with clients to translate requirements into policy frameworks and automate infrastructure for reliable, repeatable delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of MDM/UEM admin experience in an MSP environment
• Deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager including multi-MDM environments
• Working understanding of Google Zero-Touch Enrollment for Android Enterprise
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate engineering and documentation

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-tenant MDM environments on Scalefusion and other UEM platforms
• Engineer tenant isolation strategies and policy inheritance models
• Develop configuration templates and provisioning playbooks for tenant onboarding
• Architect DEP integrations (ABM, Google ZTE, Samsung Knox)
• Troubleshoot complex DEP enrollment failures and MDM server sync issues
