🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine incident severity and ensure timely restoration of services
• Host technical and managerial conference calls during incidents
• Produce executive-level incident reporting
• Manage problem lifecycle to prevent reoccurrence

📋 Requirements

• 5 years in corporate SDLC (developer, support, architect)
• 3 years technical incident resolution or product defect resolution
• ITIL 4 knowledge required
• Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Jira experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MuleSoft API Manager
• Knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring MVC, Hibernate)
