💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end production of vertical short drama series for EverAI's AI companionship platform. You'll direct 10-15 episode series and be taught AI content creation tools by our team. This role stands out as a mix of storytelling and cutting-edge AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes each)
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode
• Create scripts with hooks and cliffhangers
• Collaborate with AI content creators and exec team

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks and cliffhangers
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Perfectly fluent in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI generation tools (Runway, Sora, etc.)
• Audition will include rewriting a script in 2-3 hours
